1. Talk to a Clerk NPC (usually next to a Banker.)
2. Click on the box with a green down arrow.
3. Type in the name of the item you want in the search box.
4. Put in how many you want to buy and check the price in RS gold.
5.  Click Confirm Offer.

Saving time while earning your Runescape gold

Selling the items on your Runescape account via the Grand Exchange is very easy. Simply head over to the northwestern part of Varrock City, find a Clerk NPC and follow these steps:

1. Talk to a Clerk NPC (usually next to a Banker.)
2. Click on the box with an orange up arrow.
3. Select the item you want to sell from the items on the right.
4. Set how many to sell, and how much Runescape gold they will cost.
5. Click Confirm Offer.

Once you’re done, you can go put up additional offers, go offline or go do something fun.
